Why use Adlio if I already use Ads Manager?
Adlio handles the repetitive setup: creating ads in batches and applying saved copy, naming, UTMs and account settings. Keep using Ads Manager to review your ads, switch them on and measure performance.
What can I do with Claude?
Connect Adlio to Claude to write copy for each creative and prepare batches using your saved account settings. Review the preview and confirm creation; your ads arrive paused in Meta. Claude is optional, and both Solo and Team include the Adlio connection.
Will my ads go live automatically?
No. Adlio creates every ad paused, with creative enhancements off. Review the ads in Meta Ads Manager and switch them on when you are ready. This also applies to batches prepared through Claude.
Can I use my existing ad accounts and campaigns?
Yes. Connect Facebook and select an ad account you already have access to, including shared client accounts. You can use your existing campaigns and ad sets. Your clients do not need an Adlio account.
What happens after I choose a plan?
Once your account and payment are confirmed, connect Facebook and select an ad account to prepare your first batch. If Facebook is already connected to your Adlio account, you can keep using that setup.
Should I choose Solo or Team?
Solo is $99/month for one user. Team is $349/month for three users, with separate logins, shared settings, account access controls and batch history. Both include unlimited ad accounts and the Adlio connection to Claude. Prices exclude VAT.
What if Adlio does not fit my workflow?
Email support@adlio.ai within 14 days of your first subscription payment to request a full refund. Include your account email and payment date. The guarantee applies to new subscribers’ first payment.
Can I cancel, and are there extra account fees?
Cancel to stop the next monthly renewal. You keep access for the period you have paid for. Adding ad accounts costs nothing extra. Team includes three users; additional users are $59/month each, excluding VAT.
